Today Apple gave an exclusive preview of the new Paris Apple store to members of the media. The store is officially called L’Apple Store au Carrousel du Louvre.

The two level store will employ a total of 150 staff members.

“We are very pleased to extend the experience of the Apple Store in France, said Ron Johnson, Senior Vice President of Retail Apple. The new store is located below the famous Louvre Pyramid, in the Carrousel du Louvre. This is the place to go shopping, train and develop ideas.”

ifoAppleStore and MacGeneration were both on hand to offer video and images from the media preview.

The Apple Store, Carrousel du Louvre will open this Saturday at 10am.
