Apple has today confirmed that no new products will be released by the company before the holiday season, reassuring consumers that it is safe to purchase Apple products.
The first comments come from a conversation Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing had with Gizmodo reportedly saying that Apple will not introduce any more new products this year.
Apple PR later confirmed that “The holiday lineup is set.”

Does “The official lineup is set” also mean processors upgrades are set also i.e. MBP i5 or i7s?
Thanks,
Scott

Scott,
I don’t honestly know. Apple is certainly giving off mixed signals, rumours suggest updated MacBook Pro models and a new version of Aperture before the years out.
Naturally these rumours even with solid sources could be wrong.
