“Additionally the newly released Magic Mouse requires Mac OS X 10.6.2 to operate.”
That’s ….. WRONG!
Apple Page says:
Minimum Requirements:
A Bluetooth-enabled Macintosh computer
Mac OS X v10.5.8 or later with Wireless Mouse Software Update 1.0

Mac,
Apple appears to have changed its website to say 10.5.8 from 10.6.2.
A Google search shows lots of reports, http://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&q=10.6.2 magic mouse&aq=f&oq=&aqi=
Apple also includes the reference in the Magic Mouse manual but doesn’t state it as a minimum requirement.
