I would still stick to Task2Gather (http://yask2gather.com) app that has a clear tree sctructure. Besides you may use it either on your desktop via browsers or on iPhone.
The other thing that I really like is the collaboration feature, you may not only set tasks to yourself but to your family members or even your collegues.

I ended up with Toodle-do. Has almost all the same features and is free all the way round. I wasn’t going to pay $25 a year for a task manager.
