Video of New Mac Mini Surfaces

Following yesterdays leaked image which purported to be the upcoming Mac mini the original Mac Rumors forum member has defended criticism that the image was a good PhotoShop with a video.
The video (embedded below) which is labelled “Mac mini 2009 Edition” shows the same Mac mini shown in the image from yesterday. Of note the Mac mini enclosure in the video is not the same dull metal on the current model but instead seems slightly glossier.

I get this itchy feeling that it is a mod of some sort. Something that someone made in a college class.
Would have liked to have seen it lifted up.
Also the brushed metal on the sides with the white top seems odd….
