Photos of New iPhone Casing Leaked?

Mac Rumors has posted several photos purporting to be the rear casing for the new iPhone. The images show a rear matte black plastic case which shows a 16GB label with the model number A1303. The casing is said to be textured for better grip.
Mac Rumors states that it cannot confirm the authenticity of the images it refers to a similar posting on iPod Observer who does believe in the images.
