Apple has within the last few days quietly updated the low-end white MacBook with specs nearer to its unibody siblings.
Engadget first spotted the updated MacBook which remains the only model with a white polycarbonate enclosure amongst a lineup of unibody MacBooks.
The MacBook which remains at $999 has been bumped to a 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo processor, comes with 2GB of RAM and a 120GB hard drive. Additionally the low-end MacBook now features the NVIDIA 9400M chipset and graphics capabilities of the other MacBooks which were introduced in October of last year.
Finally the white MacBook retains a FireWire 400 and has a Mini-DVI port.
