Mike, you didn't point out where I was obviously biased or incorrect. I would be more than glad to hear your case. You may not be aware, but I am a legal assistant, so my interest n this case transcends Apple; I am genuinely interested in the legal issues. I find Psystar's arguments to be philosophically opposed to a free market ideal, and I would feel this way if their opponent was Microsoft. In fact, in looking back very briefly at some of the past Microsoft cases, I may come to the opinion that they got the shaft in some instances, and I am certainly no fan of Microsoft.

I have gone out of my way here at World of Apple to provide a needed corrective to some of the misinformation that has been out there on the Apple web. I do not write here as an Apple fan, or at least I try not to as much as is possible. I do have my own Apple fan site to express myself in that way.

I am more than open to criticism, but I need specifics rather than using my own admission that I might be biased to prove that I am indeed in fact biased in what I said in this article.

Please, I am all ears.

"my Apple fangirlism may be colouring my view unawares" - no, really?!

I have been a Mac user for a good few years but the mac fan sites are getting worse than ever trying to fly the Apple flag, to the detriment of any possible "story".

Whenever I try to sell Apple machines to friends & colleagues I try give a balanced view, but have stopped telling them to look at websites because, like Apple, they still try to sell everything with negative campaigns and they don't realize how bad it looks to prospective buyers.
