Of course my Internet connection crashed while I had the relevant article on my RSS feeder, but several reports have come up over the past few days that the 3G antennae contained in the iPhone is not faulty/defective. The Plaintiff in the iPhone case may have a difficult burden to overcome for one of the requested remedies of recall. Of course, there were other alternative remedies requested of the Court; I just found this particular fact interesting as oftentimes such cases turn into a “battle of the experts” if it ever does go to trial. For what its worth, I don’t believe it will.
