No way. 2) PA Semi makes PPC chips usable in portable devices like iPhone, but for desktop-like devices with full Mac OS X, Apple uses Intel. And... in Snow Leopard, there will be no support for PowerPC. So... no PPC here. That doesn’t make any sense for 2 reasons:
