Latest iPhone OS 2.0 Builds Show Photo Geo-Tagging

Apple continues to release incremental updates of the next major update to the iPhone OS to registered developers and enterprise customers, of interest from the latest builds is the iPhones ability to be location aware.
According to AppleInsider the latest build 5A292g contains photo geo-tagging, the current iPhone appears to make use of WiFi and cellular network position but the next-generation iPhone is expected to feature GPS abilities.
The feature which currently does not work was discovered when the Camera application asked permission to use the users current location, the ability to report location can be turned off in the preferences.
