Steve,

I can only assume that 15 mins is an average which is easily equalled as the majority of people making Genius Bar appointments simply need their iPod restarting or can't work out that Safari is an internet browser.

Mad frenzy over a simple store but the main problem is the 15 minute expectation for the Genius Bar. Have you ever had a comp problem that was resolved in 15 minutes? My own experience of the so called Genius bar in London at a certain apple store in a shopping mall was very negative. I could see that they were trying to get done as fast as possible to get through the large number of appointments. Which in itself says that Apple products are lacking in quality like any other computer product. Yes Apple have grown market share but they need to keep focused or it will all come tumbling down. I am a new Mac owner after 20 years of PC but so far have not been that impressed with the Apple products. Yes the OS is cool but overall Apple has not blown me away!

These videos are yet another proof that some people have no life. Fanbois getting excited over the opening of a shopping store? Apple is like Monty Burns here, touching fingertips and saying "Excellent!" over such consumer tools. How pathetic.
