Vodafone has officially announced today that it will be the official carrier of the iPhone in the following countries; Australia, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, India, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey.
Vodafone offered no dates for releases stating only that the iPhone would be released in those countries “later in 2008.”

it is a great news for european iphone fans and I think vodafone will dominate market in some countries especially in turkey!I hope we use iphone with reasonable price
