Blank MacBook Pro Displays

It appears that some using mid-2007 MacBook Pro notebooks and have updated to the latest EFI firmware are having issues with displays becoming unusable.

According to a growing discussion on Apple’s support forums, users report that although their MacBook Pro is completely functional but the main computer screen refuses to display an image.

Some have found a way to reverse the update and this has solved the problem for most, no official word from Apple as of writing.

iPhone Coming to India in September?

The iPhone is expected to be released on Vodafone in the first week of September in the Indian market according to Indian retail connections.

The same sources report that Vodafone will be the sole distributor of the iPhone and the price will be between 27,200 and 28,000 Rupees ($680 – $700). A 16GB model is due sometime in mid-2009.
