Multiple stories over the weekend point towards imminent releases in a multitude of countries around the world.

Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias is reporting that the country could be getting a 3G iPhone as soon as May. The newspaper cites it source as Gartner.

In Mexico the newspaper El Universal claims that Apple plans to launch the iPhone in June, the newspaper warns that the iPhone will come with a significant price tag.

Also an independent reseller in the Netherlands known as ‘The Innovators’ has scheduled an announcement for March 29th which is believed to be an announcement for the arrival of the iPhone in the Netherlands.

On a similar note TechRadar reports that Apple has finally secured the “iPhone” trademark in Japan.

Nagoya based company Aiphone has issued a press release reporting that they have allowed Apple to use the name in the country. The companies has been in talks since the Summer and have come to “a friendly agreement.”
