Though not the best source of information, co-founder of Digg Kevin Rose has offered what he claims is good intelligence of the upcoming 3G iPhone.
The Digg head stated during an episode of Diggnation that the next generation iPhone will feature a front facing camera to allow iChat style video conversations.
The Digg chief has now chimed in for a second time via a Twitter reporting that a high level Vice President at a company that works for Apple has pointed towards an iPhone with 3G, GPS and will ship in June.
Also on the subject of the next generation iPhone, Gartner analyst Ken Dulaney claims to have heard “from source in Asia” stating that Apple has ordered 10 million units of the new 3G iPhone.
The analyst goes onto speculate that the 3G iPhone will feature an OLED display which could dramatically improve battery life.
The analyst offered no timeframe.
