MacRumors has posted a selection of tidibits from several sources which they believe are credible.
- A slim notebook, but not a “sub notebook”
- 13.3″ screen
- Not a “Pro” machine
- External Optical Drive
MacRumors rightfully notes that so close to Macworld, Apple has often fed sources with false information to throw rumour sites off the scent.

I think it is much simpler. What Apple products have the word “Air” in them?! AirPort! What can work with AirPort? Let’s see- perhaps it is AppleTV with iTunes Video Store? That’s right! Now you can download videos direct to your AppleTV via Apple’s new iTunes Video Store! Perhaps Apple will add keyboard/mouse input via USB on existing AppleTVs and the new models will include BT keyboard and mouse, Safari and a Blu Ray disc drive. That is my guess.
