MacBiduolle has posted (translation) what appears to be an advert from T-Mobile Germany advertising a 3G, 16GB iPhone to be released on the 12th of November.
The spec listed in the advert is; HSDPA/UMTS 3G and 16GB storage all for €499 (~$680).
Looking at it from a speculation point of view, the date fits and so does the provider, as T-Mobile has always been rumoured to be the provider in Germany.
We also know from activity this week that Apple has stock of 16GB NAND flash and furthermore they slashed the price of the 8GB model, seemingly to slide this one in above it.
The part that doesn’t fit is the 3G, as this week it appeared that O2 is installing EDGE in the UK, possibly in preparation for the iPhone.

Marc,
The jury is out on this one.
The advert has received much attention over the weekend and the general consensus appears to be that it is fake, but we only have to look back a few weeks to the leaked iPod nano photos to prove that opinion is quite often incorrect.
According to many people the line “Apple iPod 16GB” refers to the fact that it contains an iPod with 16GB of capacity, see it as a selling point.
