Apple has quietly updated its Airport Extreme base station.
The original Airport Extreme released in January at Macworld featured standard 10/100 ethernet ports but today Apple updated it with Gigabit ethernet ports.
Apple sneaked the following into today’s iMac press release;
new Apple Wireless Keyboard and wireless Mighty Mouse; AirPort Express® and AirPort Extreme Base Station (now with Gigabit Ethernet)
