The DigiTimes reports that Apple will unveil a 16GB NAND flash based video iPod in late September.
The new iPod video will use NAND flash as the major storage media, and will have a storage density of 16GB, according to the sources.
Of note Digitimes has been known to get some rumours correct in the past but its overall track record is spotty.
