Following yesterdays news that Universal Music Group was considering to not renew its contract with iTunes but to create a “short term” sales agreement.

Apple has denied this stating; “We are still negotiating with Universal.”

“Their music is still on iTunes and their not re-signing is just not true.” Apple spokesman Tom Neumayr said.
