MacGadget continues to add fuel to the fire, speculating that MacBook Pro updates could take place as early as this week. But the site goes further, describing some details of the updates including Core 2 processors, larger hard drives, upgraded optical drives and the addition of FireWire 800 to the 15″ model.
It has been known for weeks that stocks of both the MacBook and MacBook Pro are dwindling in many areas of Europe, but no source has yet been able to pin point a date for release.
MacScoop also chimed in today adding that it expects updates to Apple’s notebooks within the next 10 days.
