World of Apple was proud enough to be the first members of the public to enter the brand new Apple Store in the Arndale Centre, Manchester, UK.
You can check out the exclusive pictures here.
Store Layout
The Store layout is very similar to that of the Stores opened last week in America. The design which was previously spoken about by Ron Johnson is much simpler than previous Store designs and allows the display of much more products as well as making it easier to move around.
Due to the new design the Store is highly accessible by disabled due to very large gangways and moderately low tables.
The Arndale Apple Store features a Genius Bar and a Studio Bar as well as a dedicated Point-of-Sale desk, at the rear.
Of particular difference to other Stores in the UK (except Trafford) is that this Store has no glass facade, just a shutter which is closed when the Store is not open. The Store also features new desks that stretch three quarters of the Store in length. The Stores are no longer broken into sections such as home, pro, etc.

I must say, that is one gorgeous store.
Loving the mini-store style design and the awesome lighting and wall display panels.
Nice to see more products available on the shop floor too.
Basically, to sum it up - That’s Hot.
