In a very quiet move Apple has began shipping iPod nano’s with cases similar to those that ship with the 5G iPod, it is clear that Apple has made this decision due to recent issues with people taking legal action against the company regarding the durability of the iPod nano.

It is unknown how Apple will deal with customers who have already bought an iPod nano.
