After all of todays activity it appears Apple has quietly killed off the eMac, I can’t find it on any of the Stores but the product pages are still up. Apple has confirmed that the eMac has been put back into Education only sale, exactly how it began its life.

Good observation. I think that Apple has faded out the eMac from households, into education. You can still find the eMac at: http://www.apple.com/education/emac/, but it says “Designed for Education”. Apple still needs a desktop computer that is very cheap, so that they can get into the education market.
