As reported by Think Secret last week, AppleInsider are now reporting that documents shown to them show that the Mac mini will receive a “significant” update.
I have broken down the specs for better understanding:-

- 32MB ATI Radeon 9200
- Airport Extreme and Bluetooth 2.0 (optional)
Mid Range - $599
- 1.5GHz (MPC7447A PowerPC G4)
- 512MB RAM (PC2700 DDR SDRAM)
- 5200RPM Hard Drive
- 64MB ATI Radeon 9200 (AGP 4x)
- Airport Extreme and Bluetooth 2.0 (Standard)
High End - $699
- 1.5GHz (MPC7447A PowerPC G4)
- 512MB RAM (PC2700 DDR SDRAM)
- 5200RPM Hard Drive
- 64MB ATI Radeon 9200 (AGP 4x)

All models will ship with Mac OS X 10.4.2, the update is expected within the next few days.
